Everyone knows the pressure switch, but some friends still do not know how to install and debug him. Here we introduce the debugging and installation method of the pressure switch.

1. Select a pressure controller (JC-210, HNS-210) with a set value ranging from 0.1 to 1.0 MPa

2. Turn the pressure adjustment screw on the top right to make the pointer point at 0.8Mpa (8kg or 8bar) of the scale. This value is the upper limit switching value.

3. Turn the pressure adjustment screw on the top left to make the pointer indicate 0.3Mpa on the scale,

Lower limit switch value = upper limit switch value-switch differential pressure = 0.8-0.3 = 0.5, this value is the lower limit switch value.

4. Connect the wiring terminals of the controller to the controlled electrical circuit. Please note: ① is public wiring. ③ Normally open output. ⑤ Normally closed output. For high-voltage protection, please connect ① ⑤, when normal boosting, ①-⑤ is connected (①-③ is not connected). When the pressure rises to the set upper limit, that is, 0.8Mpa, ①-⑤ is unavailable (①-③ is connected). When the pressure drops, ①-③ is connected at this time, and the pressure drops to the lower limit set point, that is, 0.3Mpa. It is switched to ①-⑤ connected (①-③ closed). The pressure reduction stops and the pressure rises again, then it will automatically cycle.

5. Turn on the power and let the pressure of the controlled medium (water, gas) rise. Please observe the adjustment to make the setting value of the pressure switch consistent with the indication of the pressure gauge. (For example, when the pressure rises to the upper limit setting, the switch has not been activated, that is, turn the pressure adjustment screw, fine-tune to the switching action, and repeat the verification again. ) And verify the lower limit, the process is the same as above. (Verify several times) Fix the pressure adjusting screw and differential pressure adjusting screw on the top of the pressure switch iron shell with red paint.

Specific debugging method:  

1. The right adjusting screw on the top of the pressure switch directly adjusts the upper limit switching value;  

2. The left adjusting screw on the top of the pressure switch is to adjust the pressure difference of the switch;  

3.   Their relationship is: upper limit switching value-switch pressure difference = lower limit switching value  

That is: the upper limit switching value can be adjusted directly on the scale. The lower limit switching value should be adjusted by 1 to 3 operations  * For example: (usage of high pressure protector)   requires the pressure of the controlled medium to be maintained between 0.5 and 0.8Mpa. 

1.  Select a pressure controller with a setting range of 0.1~1.0Mpa (JC-210, HNS-210) 

2. Turn the pressure adjusting screw on the top right to make the pointer indicate at 0.8Mpa (8kg or 8bar) of the scale, this value is the upper limit switching value. 

3.  Turn the pressure adjustment screw on the top left to make the pointer indicate 0.3Mpa on the scale.  Lower limit switch value=upper limit switch value-switch differential pressure=0.8-0.3=0.5, this value is the lower limit switch value. 

4.  Connect the terminal of the controller to the controlled electrical circuit.

The normal water pressure of the user is 0.25Mpa. When the water pressure is lower than 0.1Mpa, the pressure switch should turn off the water pump. 

1.   Choose JC-203 or HNS-203. (You can also choose JC-206 or HNS-206). That is, the control value ranges from 0 to 3 kg.

2. Turn the pressure adjustment screw on the top right to make the pointer point at 0.15Mpa of the scale. This value is the upper limit switching value. 

3.  Turn the pressure adjustment screw on the top left to make the pointer indicate 0.05Mpa on the scale.  Lower limit switch value=upper limit switch value-switch differential pressure=0.15-0.05=0.1, this value is the lower limit switch value. 

4. Electrical circuit to control the operation of the water pump: ① Connect to the power input. ③ Connect the power output to the water pump. ("0.15Mpa pass, "0.1Mpa off" 

5.   Turn on the water source of the pipeline first when the power is turned on. When the water source pressure is greater than 0.15Mpa, the water pump starts to work. When the pressure drops to 0.1Mpa, the lower limit of the pressure switch is switched. , The pump will stop working to achieve the purpose of protection.

Pressure switch installation method:

1. Note: The pressure setting value (upper limit) must be greater than the pressure difference setting value (pressure setting value-pressure difference setting value = lower limit start value) For example: the upper limit is set at 8 kg, and the pressure difference is set at 2 kg. Then 8 kg shut down. Start when the pressure drops to 6 kg. If it does not turn on or start, in addition to checking whether the setting value has changed, also check whether the wiring is firmly connected and whether the power supply has changed. Check and judge whether the pressure gauge is in error to eliminate the fault.

2. The standard error of the set value is: ±0.5 kg/cm2 and although the value can be set according to the scale in the window of the pressure controller, the pressure gauge data is used as the standard reference during commissioning.

3. Install the pressure controller in the water source pipeline. Note that the pressure controller connector specification is 7/16"-20UNF external thread. The user can choose the conversion connector.

Precautions: 

1.   The controlled medium shall not corrode brass, tin bronze and lead-tin solder. 

2. When opening the controller cover for installation, do not turn the internal screws or move the internal parts (except the wiring screws). 

3.   The pressure of the controlled medium should not exceed the maximum allowable pressure specified in the table.

Method for adjusting pressure of automatic pressure switch of piston air compressor

1. Adjustment of pressure level: Turn the pressure adjustment screw 1 clockwise to increase the applied pressure, otherwise, the applied pressure will decrease, but the pressure difference will not change.

2. Adjustment of pressure level: Turn the pressure adjustment screw 2 clockwise to increase the applied pressure, otherwise, the applied pressure will decrease, but the pressure difference will not change.

3. When the air compressor runs to the set pressure, the saturation and vent valve will exhaust the gas in the steel pipe, which is normal and not a leak.

4. The 1-2 adjustment screws are related to each other.

5.The adjustment pressure should suddenly exceed the discharge pressure determined by the compressor.
