Installation and debugging:

Steps for setting value adjustment of non-adjustable switching difference:

⑤Tighten the compression block and adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration table to ensure that the pressure is the set pressure value. At this time, the down switch value should be the pressure value minus the switch difference.
2. The controller is required to send a contact signal when the pressure value drops

③Add the pressure to the pressure value you want to set;

⑤Tighten the compression block, adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration table, the force changes back and forth on the pressure value, and check whether the lower switching value of the contact is the pressure value. The upper switching value at this time is the pressure value plus the switching difference.
Adjustable controller set point adjustment steps:

⑤Tighten the compression block, adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration table to change the pressure back and forth between 0.1MPa-0.2MPa, and check whether the switching value is 0.2MPa when the pressure rises and whether the switching value is 0.1MPa when the pressure drops.
