Installation
The magnetic flap liquid level indicator is installed on the outside or above of the tub, which is used to indicate and control the seal inside the tub. A drain valve can be added as required. The connection flange can be a control instrument for customizing the liquid level height. The indicator consists of magnetic color chips. When the magnetic floating ball in the body tube rises with the liquid level, the color film is flipped to display the liquid level height. It is also possible to install magnetic technology switches or remote transmitters on the body tube to output switching signals or analog signals. It is suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance and other occasions. It can be displayed and controlled remotely. The body pipe is made of seamless steel pipe, and the connecting pipe is welded with pull holes, and there is no scratch inside. The installation method can be side or top, and the lower end of the body is sealed.

Maintenance
1. There should be no solid impurities or magnetic impurities inside the liquid level gauge barrel to avoid blocking the float and weakening the buoyancy. 2. According to the condition of the medium, the main pipe can be cleaned regularly to remove impurities in the pipe. 3. After cleaning the level gauge or when replacing the float, open the drain flange. When installing the magnetic float, pay attention to the magnetic end of the heavy end facing up and not to be inverted. 4. For low temperature type and liquefied gas special type products, the main body of the liquid level gauge adopts a vacuum jacket for heat insulation. Be careful not to damage the jacket during installation and use, so as not to affect the product quality.
