Installation of gas turbine flow meters
For the calibration of wet gas flowmeters, gas turbine flowmeters are a kind of high-precision testing instrument. Pay attention to such aspects as transportation, loading and unloading, and storage. A small deviation will cause counterfeiting of the equipment or endanger the precise measurement precision of the equipment. Before practical use, the tightness should be completely disassembled, the logo should be removed, and the turbine leaves should be checked for smoothness and convenience according to simple methods such as blow inspection. Before installation, especially when new gas pipelines are used, they should be completely cleaned beforehand to eliminate metal hose installation, connection sediment, rust, etc.
If there is residue in the pipeline, it will not only endanger the accurate measurement of the total flow, but also damage the total flow of the pipeline. After cleaning the pipeline, a negative pressure experiment should be carried out. After the experiment is completed, the liquid in the pipeline must be cleaned, and it must not be leftover, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the gas turbine flowmeter. If it is not possible to omit the experiment, the gas turbine flowmeter should be replaced with another component and carefully considered after the experiment to ensure that no liquid remains in the pipeline.
Installation of gas turbine flowmeter. If the mobile phone application stipulates that the flowmeter has its own air intake system, the inlet of the air intake system should be upward during the entire application and installation process. In addition, before use, check the inflow from the side of the flowmeter from top to bottom. Under all conditions, the connection section should be placed above the inflow of the pipeline relative to the gas turbine flowmeter, and the length of the pipeline should not be less than or equal to 3 DN. In addition, the connection section or elbow should also be placed symmetrically with the middle and downstream of the pipeline, and the length should not be less than or equal to 2DN.
When the gas turbine flowmeter is installed, the oil pipe pressure of the gas relief pressure pipe and the shunt pipe should be lower than 30 ° to ensure the convenient transportation and maintenance of the gas. The dual circuit power supply pipe is set on the flow meter. When starting the turbine, maintain a relatively slow working pressure speed. If the working pressure is too fast, various index values of the turbine blades and gas turbine flowmeters will be damaged.
When the gas turbine flowmeter installation pipe must be welded by welding, be sure to completely disassemble the gas turbine flowmeter before welding. The high temperature caused during the whole process of electric welding will damage the gas turbine flowmeter, resulting in failure to apply and other serious hazards. During the entire application and installation process, it should be noted that the orientation of the gas flow in the pipeline is the same as the orientation marked on the flowmeter case. If not, please reinstall it immediately, or the turbine blades of the flowmeter will reverse, otherwise it will be invalid, if it is more serious, it will damage a key part of the leaves. The gas pipeline should be maintained without vibration, and the residue should not be infiltrated into the gas to ensure the cleaning of the gas. If gas and debris are mixed together, damage to pressurization can result.
If the cleanliness cannot be controlled by gas transportation, the gas filter should be placed in front of the gas according to the flow meter. When installing and using gas turbine flowmeters in outdoor gas pipelines, relative wind-resistant, waterproof, and rain-proof equipment should be set according to specific conditions. Generally speaking, the application scope should be between 20% and 80% of the maximum. The gas turbine flow meter can maintain a certain level of load for a short period of time, but in fact the load cannot exceed 20% of the larger flow meter, and the load time should be within 0.5h. Hydraulic seals shall be applied in accordance with the design plan.
