The control system requires the sensor to have strong information processing and self-management capabilities to achieve information collection and information preprocessing, reduce the burden of data processing on the control computer and improve the reliability of the entire measurement and control system. However, the computer focuses on the high-level processing and processing of information, which is convenient to greatly improve the performance of the system and simplify the structure of the system under the existing hardware conditions. The intelligent sensor system is a new research direction proposed to better adapt to the development of computer measurement and control systems.
A pressure sensor, when the pressure parameter is constant and the temperature changes, its output value also changes, that is, the pressure sensor has the composite sensitivity of the temperature parameter. When the sensor has compound sensitivity, its performance will be unstable and the measurement accuracy will be low. In the occasions where only one target parameter is required to be measured, in order to improve the measurement accuracy of the measured target parameter, other parameters are regarded as interference quantities, and their influence is eliminated, so that the measurement accuracy of each parameter is improved.
