It is necessary to use chemical sealing, which can not only measure the pressure of the medium, but also effectively prevent the medium from contacting with the liquid-reduced part of the pressure reduction, thereby initially protecting the pressure increase and extending the additional life of the pressure.
2. Measuring medium
Generally, a relatively clean fluid is measured, and the standard pressure can be used directly. If the measured medium is easy to crystallize or viscous, it is generally used with an external diaphragm or used with a chemical seal. , This will effectively block the pressure measuring hole with tissue medium.
3. Output signal
At present, due to the needs of various acquisitions, there are many kinds of output signals with reduced pressure on the market, mainly 4-20mA, 0-20mA, 0-10V, 0-5V, etc., but the more commonly used are 4-20mA and 0- Two of 10V. Among the output signals mentioned above, only 4-20mA is a two-wire system, and the other is placed in a three-wire system.
4. Average range
In general, the maximum measurement range of the sensor is 70% of the full range of the sensor, which is to measure the pressure of 70 bar.
5. Medium temperature
Since the pressure signal is partially converted through the electronic circuit, in general, the temperature of the pressure measurement medium is -30 to +100 degrees. If the temperature is too high, a condensate bend is generally used to cool the medium.
