In the hydraulic transmission system, the hydraulic valve that controls the hydraulic pressure is called a pressure control valve, or simply a pressure valve. The common point of this type of valve is the principle of balancing the hydraulic pressure and spring force acting on the valve core.
The pressure control valve plays the role of pressure regulation and constant pressure in the system. It works by using the principle that the control oil is balanced with the spring. Its working state is directly affected by the control pressure, and its state changes. Knowing the structure of various pressure valves makes it easy to grasp the working characteristics of the valve under different working conditions.
In the specific hydraulic system, the requirements for pressure control are different according to the work needs: some need to limit the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system, such as a safety valve; some need to stabilize the pressure value somewhere in the hydraulic system (or Pressure difference, pressure ratio, etc.), such as pressure relief valves, pressure reducing valves and other constant pressure valves; some use hydraulic pressure as a signal to control their actions, such as sequence valves, pressure relays, etc.
Trouble and elimination of pressure control valve
1. Solenoid valve does not work after power on
1. Check whether the power supply wiring is bad → rewire and connect the connector;
2. Check whether the power supply voltage is within the ± working range -→ adjusted to the normal position range;
3. Whether the coil is de-welded → re-welded;
4. Short circuit of the coil → replace the coil;
5. Is the working pressure difference not suitable → adjust the pressure difference → or replace the proportional solenoid valve;
6. Fluid temperature is too high → replace the proportional solenoid valve;
7. The main valve core and moving iron core of the solenoid valve are blocked by impurities → clean, if the seal is damaged, replace the seal and install the filter;
8. The viscosity of the liquid is too high, the frequency is too high and the service life has reached → replace the product.
Second, the solenoid valve can not be closed
1. The seal of the main valve core or iron moving core is damaged → replace the seal;
2. Whether the fluid temperature and viscosity are too high → replace the solenoid valve of the counterpart;
3. There are impurities entering the solenoid valve production valve core or moving iron core → for cleaning;
4. Spring life has reached or deformed → replace;
5. The orifice balance hole is blocked → clean in time;
6. The working frequency is too high or the service life has reached → change the product or update the product.
3. Other situations
1. Internal leakage → Check whether the seals are damaged and the springs are poorly assembled;
2. External leakage → the connection is loose or the seal is broken → tighten the screw or replace the seal;
3. There is noise when power is applied → The firm parts on the head are loose and tightened. If the voltage fluctuation is not within the allowable range, adjust the voltage. The impurities or unevenness of the iron core suction surface should be cleaned or replaced in time.
