  1. Scope of application:

   1. Electric contact pressure gauges are widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power station, machinery and other industrial sectors or in the matching of electromechanical equipment to measure the pressure of various fluid media without explosion hazard.

2. The ordinary pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure and vacuum of liquid, gas or steam that has no explosion, no crystallization, no solidification, and no corrosion effect on copper and copper alloys.

   2. Composition:

1. The electric contact pressure gauge adds two sets of electric contacts on the basis of the standard pressure gauge. The electric contacts are linked with the pointer of the pressure gauge, which can arbitrarily turn on and off the contacts within the range of the pressure gauge. Constant pressure control in the pressure range.

   2. The ordinary pressure gauge is a primary instrument, and the electrical contact pressure gauge can form a secondary instrument function. The electric contact pressure gauge is composed of a measuring system, an indicating system, a magnetic auxiliary electric contact device, a housing, an adjusting device and a junction box (plug base).

   3. Working principle:

  Electrical contact pressure gauge pointer and setting pin are equipped with contacts, when using, first adjust the upper and lower limit setting pin to the required pressure point.

When the pressure changes, indicating that the pressure pointer reaches the upper or lower setting needle, the contact on the pointer is in contact with the upper or lower setting needle;

  Send switch value signal to other industrial control equipment through electrical circuit to realize the purpose of automatic control or alarm.

   General pressure gauges use the elastic deformation of the Bourdon tube, the sensitive element in the table, to convert the elastic deformation of the Bourdon tube into rotary motion through the conversion mechanism of the movement in the table, causing the pointer to deflect to display the pressure.

  The working principles of the two are different, and the goals achieved are also different.
