What is the pressure gauge? What are the precautions for verification?
A pressure gauge refers to an instrument that uses elastic elements as sensitive elements to measure and indicate pressures higher than the environment. It is extremely common in applications, and it covers almost all industrial processes and scientific research fields. It can be seen everywhere in areas such as heat pipe networks, oil and gas transmission, water and gas supply systems, vehicle repair and maintenance plants and shops. Especially in the industrial process control and technical measurement process, the mechanical pressure gauge has been more and more widely used due to the high mechanical strength and convenient production of the elastic sensitive element of the mechanical pressure gauge. Y-100B pressure gauge is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, chemical fiber, metallurgy, power station and other industrial sectors.
Notes on pressure gauge verification:
1. Check whether all screws have been tightened, and each screw is not allowed to loosen. The tightening of the screws that specifically fix the movement and the indicating value adjustment screws is particularly important. It should be noted that after the screw fixing the movement is installed, the notch for twisting at the common top should not be horizontal, so as not to embed the hairspring.
2. The pressure gauges that are not qualified for verification should be downgraded and used to change the accuracy grade mark.
3. Repair the paint stripping part, check whether the color of the liner and other places conforms to the regulations of the medium used, wipe off the stain on the dial and glass, and then install the shell.
4. After the housing is installed, you should check whether the pointer shaft and pointer piece touch the glass, and then shake the watch body gently to hear whether there is a loud sound to prevent parts or debris from entering.
5. The device is sealed with a seal of certification, and then the stainless steel pressure gauge is removed from the connector of the calibrator and delivered for use.
6. After the daily work is completed, the standard table should not be left on the calibrator to prevent the zero position from changing due to collision and vibration. The spring tube should be cleaned regularly for the standard meter to remove the contaminated liquid brought by the meter to be checked during the calibration to prevent corrosion and affect accuracy for a long time.
