Description
D540 / 7T, D540 / 7TK temperature controller
The controller uses a temperature-packed sensor. Can be used for neutral media. The setting value of the controller is adjustable, and the adjustment range is -20 ~ + 70 ℃.
Single pole double throw micro switch action process:
Terminal 1-3: Turn on when the temperature rises to the upper switching value.
Terminal 1-2: Open when the temperature rises to the upper switching value.
◇ Main technical performance:
Switching element: micro switch
Ambient temperature: -25 ℃ ~ maximum allowable temperature (see table)
Enclosure protection level: IP65 (in accordance with KIN40050 and equivalent to IP65 in GB4208)
Anti-vibration performance: D540 / 7T: 40m / s2, D540 / 7TK: 20m / s2
Repeatability error: ≤3%
Contact capacity: AC 220V 6A (resistive)
◇ Regulations:
● The switching difference is not adjustable
◇ Adjustment of set value:
The setting should be performed in a constant temperature bath. The temperature pack should be completely immersed in the medium in the bath. The heating and cooling speed cannot be greater than 0.5 ° C / min.
1. The adjustment steps of the controller set value with non-adjustable switching difference are illustrated as follows:
[Example 1]: The controller with order number 0891200 is selected, and it is required to raise the temperature to 25 ° C (up switching value) to send out a contact signal. For specific steps, see 1.1 ~ 1.5 (as shown in Figure 1):
1.1 Loosen the lock and immerse the product warmer in the thermostatic bath.
1.2 Open the cover, insert the cable through the cable interface into the terminal board, and connect the other end of the cable to the multimeter.
1.3 Increase the temperature to 25 ° C. This value can be read from a standard thermometer.
1.4 Turn the set value adjustment screw clockwise to make the set value change from large to small until the switch contact switches at 25 ° C.
1.5 Tighten the lock and adjust the temperature in the constant temperature bath to make the temperature change back and forth at 25 ℃. Check whether the switching value of the contact is 25 ℃ when the temperature rises. This value is the upper switching value to be set. . The corresponding lower switching value should be 25 ° C minus the switching difference by 1.5 ° C (around), which is 23.5 ° C (around).
[Example 2]: The controller with order number 0891300 is selected, and it is required to lower the temperature to 50 ° C (lower switching value) to send out a contact signal. For the specific steps, see 1.6 ~ 1.10:
1.6 Same as 1.1.
1.7 Same as 1.2.
1.8 Increase the temperature to 50 ° C. This value can be read from a standard thermometer.
1.9 Turn the setting value adjusting screw counterclockwise to make the setting value change from small to large until the switch contact switches at 50 ° C.
1.10 Tighten the lock and adjust the temperature in the constant temperature bath to change the temperature back and forth between 50 ° C. Check whether the switching value of the contact is 50 ° C when the temperature drops. This value is the lower switching value to be set. The corresponding upper switching value should be 50 ° C plus the switching difference of 1.7 ° C (around), which is 51.7 ° C (around).
2. The adjustment steps of the controller's set value with adjustable switching difference are described below as examples:
The controller with order number 0890200 is selected, and the contact signal is required to increase the temperature to 30 ° C, and the contact returns when the temperature drops to 25 ° C
2.1 Same as 1.1.
2.2 Same as 1.2
2.3 Increase the temperature to 25 ° C. This value can be read from a standard thermometer.
2.4 Adjust the switching value first, and turn the setting screw counterclockwise until the switch contact switches at 30 ° C.
2.5 Turn the switching difference adjusting screw counterclockwise to increase the switching difference from the minimum until the temperature rises to 30 ° C.
2.6 Tighten the lock and adjust the temperature value back and forth within the range of greater than 25 ~ 30 ℃. Check whether the switching value of the contact is 30 ℃ when the temperature rises. This value is the upper switching value to be set. Check the temperature. Whether the switching value of the contact is 25 ° C when falling, this value is the lower switching value to be set.
◇ Selection and installation:
● When selecting the controller, it is better to make the predetermined set value in the middle of the adjustment range of the controller set value. Generally it is 20% -80% of the adjustment range.
● If the controller is to be installed outdoors, it should be adequately protected from the drastic changes in ambient temperature, direct sunlight, and the penetration of corrosive gases or water.
● When installing the cable, select an appropriate cable outer diameter and tighten the compression nut at the cable entry to prevent the cable from loosening and prevent the penetration of water and dust.
● The on-off current cannot exceed the rated value.
● When installing (or removing) the controller, absolutely prevent relative rotation between the sensor and the switch housing.
