Description
product description
The function of the compensation wire for EX thermocouple is to extend the hot electrode, that is, the cold end of the mobile thermocouple, and connect with the display instrument to form a temperature measurement system. This product is equivalent to the national standard IEC 584-3 "Thermocouple Part III-Compensation Wire". The insulating layer and the protective layer are made of imported high-quality fluorine plastics, and the new process of continuous extrusion is adopted to make the product have excellent acid, alkali, abrasion resistance and non-flammable properties. It can be immersed in oil and water for long-term use. The operating temperature is 60-205-260℃, which belongs to the contemporary international advanced level. The products are mainly used in various temperature measuring devices and have been widely used in nuclear power, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power and other sectors.
Specifications
Compensation wire types are divided according to product varieties: SC, NC, KC, KX, EX, JX, TX.
Fill in: a) The first letter of the model corresponds to the graduation number of the thermocouple;
b) The letter "X" represents the extension type compensation wire (type)
c) The letter "C" means compensation type compensation wire (type)
Note: sc-type compensation wire is used daily with R-type thermocouple with graduation number
