Product Features
Power transmission
The power transmission of the actuator adopts a precision reduction mechanism composed of a bronze alloy turbine and an alloy steel worm. The worm gear and worm run separately in grease, which is suitable for the largest environmental temperature difference and maximizes the service life.
Anti-corrosion
The outer surface of the actuator is made of alloy aluminum special metal paint with tough paint film and strong adhesion. It has strong UV resistance, corrosion resistance and high fullness. It can comprehensively improve the service life and self-cleaning property of the coating and is suitable for various applications. a harsh production environment.
Drive motor
The motor adopts a low-inertia, high-torque motor, which allows the motor to quickly reach peak torque after aerodynamics, and there is almost no extreme movement when it is not excited; there is a precise temperature sensor in the motor, and the over-temperature limit is set through the control system to avoid damage caused by motor overheating.
Terminal box
The independent sealed terminal cavity can ensure the sealing integrity of the electrical part of the electric actuator when performing on-site wiring, and at the same time meet the product explosion-proof requirements.
Output interface
The actuator flange complies with ISO5210/5211 (GB12222/12223) standards, and also provides flange interfaces that comply with JB2920 standard, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
Sealed structure
The actuator adopts a double-sealed design structure to ensure that the actuator is completely waterproof and dustproof; the standard product protection level is IP67.
The Working Principle Of Ball Valve
The opening and closing part of the ball valve is a sphere with a circular channel, which rotates around an axis perpendicular to the channel. The ball rotates with the valve stem to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the channel. The ball valve only needs to be rotated 90 degrees and a small rotational torque to close tightly. According to the needs of working conditions, different driving devices can be assembled to form ball valves with various control methods, such as electric ball valves, pneumatic ball valves, hydraulic ball valves, etc.
When the ball valve rotates 90 degrees, the inlet and outlet should all present spherical surfaces, thereby closing the valve and cutting off the flow of the medium.
Ball valve types
1. Floating ball valve
The ball of the ball valve is floating. Under the action of medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and press tightly against the sealing surface of the outlet end to ensure the sealing of the outlet end. The floating ball valve has a simple structure and good sealing performance, but all the load of the working medium on the ball is transferred to the outlet sealing ring. Therefore, it is necessary to consider whether the sealing ring material can withstand the working load of the ball medium. This structure is widely used in medium and low pressure ball valves.
2. Trunnion ball valve
The ball of the ball valve is trunnion and does not move when pressed. Trunnion ball and ball valves all have floating valve seats. After being subjected to medium pressure, the valve seat moves, causing the sealing ring to press tightly on the ball to ensure sealing. Bearings are usually installed on the upper and lower shafts of the ball, with small operating torque, and are suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter valves. In order to reduce the operating torque of the ball valve and increase the availability of the seal, oil-sealed ball valves have appeared in recent years. Special lubricating oil is injected between the sealing surfaces to form an oil film, which enhances the sealing and reduces the operating torque, more suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter ball valves.
3. Resilient ball valve
The ball of the ball valve is resilient. The ball and valve seat sealing ring are both made of metal materials, and the sealing specific pressure is very large. According to the pressure of the medium itself, it cannot meet the sealing requirements, and external force must be applied. This kind of valve is suitable for high temperature and high pressure media. The resilient sphere obtains elasticity by opening an resilient groove at the lower end of the inner wall of the sphere. When closing the channel, use the wedge-shaped head of the valve stem to expand the ball and compress the valve seat to achieve a seal. Loosen the wedge-shaped head before turning the ball, and the ball will return to its original shape, leaving a small gap between the ball and the valve seat, which can reduce friction on the sealing surface and operating torque.
Applications
Electric ball valves do not require manual operation, but intelligent operation. In the production process, the environment and site determine all factors. The electric ball valves used in high pressure, high temperature or low pressure, low temperature environments are different. The following points should be noted:
For low temperature and low pressure, the material does not need to be adjusted too much.
In the case of high pressure and high temperature, high temperature and high pressure resistant materials should be selected as the electric ball valve material, such as stainless steel and alloy, which can withstand high pressure and high temperature.
The internal parts of the electric ball valve need to be replaced to reduce damage to the valve core, which is also beneficial to the flow of the medium and avoids coking and clogging of the electric ball valve.
