Product description
The infrared temperature measurement scanning device is used as a special protective device for cement kilns (rotary kilns), using non-contact temperature measuring instruments to respond to the operation status of the kiln in a timely manner by scanning the kiln carcass. When the kiln skin on the inner wall of the kiln falls off or the refractory bricks are damaged, it will cause the corresponding position on the shell, prompting the staff on duty to take corresponding measures in time and maintain the normal working condition of the kiln, increase the service life of the kiln, and extend the life of the kiln. The interval time of the second overhaul, so as to achieve the purpose of improving economic efficiency.
This device is composed of an infrared temperature measurement scanning detection system on site and a processing, display and printing system located in the control room. Since the entire scanning system is in an open-air environment with a high degree of dust, the entire system is in a sealed state, and airflow is used to prevent dust from entering from the observation port, thus ensuring the normal and safe operation of the instrument in harsh environments. The entire device is connected to the processing display and printing system in the control room through a cable. The system can be composed of two ways for users to choose first:
1. A dual-pen recorder with alarm is connected to record temperature and position signals. And can provide hot spot alarm.
2. Consists of a dedicated PC microcomputer and software system.
