1.Actuator installation
Before the installation of the actuator, according to the overall dimensions of the actuator, a suitable space for the pipeline should be selected, which is convenient for the installer to access and maintain. At the same time, pay attention to leaving space for the removal of removable parts during commissioning, repair and maintenance.
The actuator cannot be installed upside down. Refer to the model and weight of the actuator. If necessary, the actuator can be hoisted for vertical or horizontal installation.
Check the installation flange size of the actuator and whether the drive shaft sleeve matches the valve. Otherwise, remove the drive shaft sleeve from the base of the actuator, process it into a valve matching form, and reinstall it.
