Performance advantages
1. Effortless operation: The ball is supported by upper and lower bearings to reduce friction and eliminate the excessive torque caused by the huge sealing load formed by the inlet pressure pushing the ball and the sealing seat.
2. Reliable sealing performance: The PTFE single-material sealing ring is embedded in the stainless steel valve seat, and a spring is provided at the tail end of the metal valve seat to ensure sufficient pre-tightening force of the sealing ring. When the sealing surface of the valve is worn during use, the valve continues to ensure good sealing performance under the action of the spring.
3. Fireproof structure: In order to prevent the burning of the polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring due to sudden heat or fire, resulting in large leakage and fueling the fire, a fireproof sealing ring is set between the ball and the valve seat. When the sealing ring burns, the valve seat sealing ring is quickly pushed onto the ball under the action of the spring force to form a metal-to-metal seal, which has a certain degree of sealing effect.
4. Automatic pressure relief function: When the pressure of the medium stagnating in the valve cavity rises abnormally and exceeds the preload of the spring, the valve seat retreats and separates from the ball to achieve the effect of automatic pressure relief. After the pressure is relieved, the valve seat automatically returns to its original position.
5. Drainage pipeline: Drain holes are set on the upper and lower parts of the valve body to check whether the valve seat is leaking. During operation, when the valve is fully open or fully closed, the pressure in the cavity can be removed and the packing can be directly replaced; the retained materials in the cavity can be discharged to reduce the pollution of the valve by the medium.

Compared with the floating ball valve, when it is working, the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball is fully transmitted to the bearing, and the ball will not move toward the valve seat, so the valve seat will not be subjected to excessive pressure. Therefore, the trunnion ball valve has small torque, small seat deformation, stable sealing performance, and long service life, which is suitable for high-pressure and large-caliber occasions. The advanced spring pre-seat assembly has self-tightening characteristics to achieve upstream sealing. Each valve has two valve seats, which can be sealed in each direction, so there is no flow restriction during installation, and it is bidirectional. This valve is generally installed horizontally.
Function
1. Double blocking and discharge function: The trunnion ball valve adopts a spring preloaded floating valve seat. Regardless of whether the valve is in the fully open or fully closed state, the valve seats on the upstream and downstream sides block the fluid, and the retained matter in the valve body cavity is discharged through the discharge valve.
2. Automatic pressure relief function: When the temperature of the medium retained in the valve body cavity rises and causes abnormal pressure increase, it does not need to pass through the safety valve, but only relies on the valve seat function to automatically release the pressure, which is very important to ensure the safety of the valve when conveying liquid media.
3. Fire safety structure: The valves have fire safety functions, and their design and manufacturing comply with API 607 and API 6FA specifications.
Advantages
1. Emergency grease injection for sealing: If the valve seat seal fails unexpectedly due to foreign matter in the medium or fire, the grease injection valve provides a quick connection with the grease injection gun, and the imported pump can easily and quickly inject the sealing grease into the valve seat sealing part to alleviate leakage.
2. Reliable stem seal and low operating torque: In addition to the standard sealing ring, an O-ring is also set on the packing gland, and the double seal ensures the reliability of the stem seal; the additional graphite packing and sealing grease injection minimize the valve stem leakage after the fire. The valve stem sliding bearing and thrust bearing make the valve easy to operate.
3. Full bore or reduced bore: Full bore or reduced bore structure can be selected according to needs. The flow aperture of the full bore valve is consistent with the inner diameter of the pipeline, which is convenient for pipeline cleaning.
4. The valve stem can be lengthened: The valve stem can be lengthened according to the needs of installation or operation. The extended stem ball valve is particularly suitable for occasions such as city gas where pipelines need to be laid underground. The extended stem size is determined according to customer needs.
5. Flexible operation: The valve seat and stem bearings with small friction coefficient and good self-lubrication greatly reduce the operating torque of the valve. Therefore, even without providing sealing grease, the valve can be operated flexibly for a long time.

The trunnion ball valve is suitable for various pipelines of Class150~Class1500, PN16~PN100, JIS 10K~JIS 20K. It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. Different materials can be used to transport water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing medium, urea, etc. It is widely used in oil refining, long-distance pipelines, chemicals, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, water conservancy, electricity, municipal administration, steel and other fields. The driving mode of the trunnion ball valve is worm gear drive, manual, pneumatic or electric. The trunnion ball valve is generally connected by flange, but can also be connected by butt welding.
