2inch Upvc Pp Operated 2-way Ball Valves with 0-90° rotation and other similar products, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, plug valves, louver valves, etc. It uses AC415V, 380V, 240V, 220V, 110V, DC24V as the driving power supply, and 4-20mA analog signal or 0-10VDC electrical signal as the control signal to move the valve to the desired position to achieve automatic control. Performance Features
Shell
The shell is made of hard aluminum alloy, anodized and polyester powder coated, with strong corrosion resistance and IP67 protection level.
Motor
Fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, small size, large torque, small inertia force, insulation grade F, can prevent overheating and damage to the motor.
Manual structure
The handle design ensures safety, reliability, labor saving and small size. When not powered, the handle can be manually operated. When not in use, place the wrench in the wrench clamp for easy use.
Indicator
The indicator is installed on the center axis to observe the valve position. The lens adopts a convex mirror design, no water accumulation, and more convenient observation.
Seal
Good sealing, standard product protection level is IP67.
Limit switch
Mechanical, electronic dual limit. The mechanical limit screw is adjustable, safe and reliable; the electronic limit switch is controlled by a cam mechanism, and the simple adjustment mechanism can accurately and conveniently set the position, and is not affected by excessive handwheel.
Self-locking
The precise worm gear mechanism can efficiently transmit large torque, with high efficiency, low noise (maximum 50 decibels) and long life; it has a self-locking function to prevent reversal, and the transmission part is stable and reliable, without the need for refueling.

1. The two-way double union ball valve can be used as a union and a valve at the same time. The ball valve can be closed and the union can be removed for maintenance of the back-end engineering without stopping the front-end equipment pipeline.
2. The valve body has excellent chemical corrosion resistance. There is an FPM or EPDM "O" ring at the union end. It can prevent corrosion from most chemical substances.
3. The tightness of the cushion seat can be adjusted appropriately. The pipe wall is flat and smooth, and has less friction resistance and adhesion when conveying fluids.
4. The flame retardant performance is self-extinguishing. Low thermal conductivity, about 1/200 of steel. Light weight, equivalent to 1/5 of steel pipe and 1/6 of copper pipe.
5. The heavy ion content in the medium reaches the ultrapure water standard, and the hygiene indicators meet the requirements of national hygiene standards.

Installation environment
●This series of electric actuators are non-explosion-proof products.
Please do not install them in places with explosive gases.
When installed outdoors where there is water splashing, please install a protective cover.
To prevent direct sunlight and rain erosion.
Please reserve space for wiring, manual operation, etc.
●Ambient temperature: -25~+55C Working medium temperature
●When the actuator is installed on the valve, the working medium temperature will increase the body temperature.
When the working medium temperature is below 65C, please use a standard bracket.
When the working medium temperature is above 65C, please use a high-temperature bracket.
Connection with the valve
●Manually rotate the valve, confirm that there is no abnormality, and turn the valve to the fully closed position.
●Gently fix the standard (high-temperature) bracket on the valve (do not tighten the screws yet).
●Put the coupling on the valve stem of the valve.
