Description
600LB ASME B16.5 Cast Steel Gate Valves use electric actuators to control valves, thereby opening and closing the valves. The action torque is larger than that of electric valves, and the opening and closing action speed of electric gate valves can be adjusted. The structure is simple and easy to maintain. During the action process, due to the buffering characteristics of the gas itself, it is not easy to be damaged by getting stuck, but there must be a gas source, and its control system is also more complicated than that of electric valves.
Product features
Phase sequence protection
Phase synchronization technology allows the actuator to install and connect without considering the phase sequence of three-phase AC power, ensuring that the three-phase motor always has the correct power phase sequence, and the actuator always operates correctly according to the instructions during operation
Motor protection
When the three-phase motor is running in phase loss or overload, the current will rise rapidly, and the motor will overheat and burn. The actuator always monitors the three-phase power supply and the running status of the motor. If one or more phases of power are lost, the motor is overheated, the motor is overcurrent, or the motor is overloaded, the power supply to the motor will be cut off immediately, and an alarm will be provided on the LCD display interface and the remote control room at the same time
Valve jam protection
During the closing or opening start-up process, the actuator does not perform the torque protection function within 3S~10S, and closes or opens the jammed valve with the maximum torque that the motor can provide. If the valve still cannot be closed or opened after this period of time, the power supply to the motor will be cut off and a fault alarm will be given.
Electromagnetic anti-interference protection
All input/output channels of the actuator are photoelectrically isolated, which can withstand ±2KV fast transient pulse group interference, 4KV electrostatic discharge shock, 6KV/3kA surge shock at the signal end, and 20KV/10kA surge shock at the power supply end, realizing electrical separation inside and outside the actuator.
Hydraulic shock/surge protection
To prevent hydraulic shock or water hammer effect or surge, the operation time of the valve needs to be extended. The independently adjustable pulse operation start and stop time can be selected to operate at any part of the valve closing or opening stroke, thereby effectively reducing the valve operation speed.
